Full Wedding Planning
This service can be booked in full – venue search, supplier sourcing, design and styling, pre wedding planning and on-the-day co-ordination – or can be customised as a partial planning service to meet your specific needs.
Over tea, cake and coffee we will have a detailed wedding consultation. You can chose to do this at home, at your wedding venue or at my studio in Llanfrynach. This meeting usually takes 2 hours+ as we discuss all you requirements and hopes for your day.
Following our meeting I can take care of some or all of the following aspects:
- Creation of a budget plan and on-going budget management to keep you on track
- Ongoing meetings between now and the wedding date
- Consistent email and telephone contact and updates
- Full wedding supplier sourcing and help and advice with selection:
Musicians / bands
Other suppliers as required
- Scheduling meetings with suppliers on your behalf
- Meetings and site visits with suppliers in your absence
- Full event planning and implementation
- Design & Styling
Bespoke event styling service. Following discussion of your wedding style and budget, I will supply wedding theme inspiration with mood boards followed by a variety of design ideas for you to choose from. Once we’ve agreed on a design brief, I will provide a styling plan to carry the themes throughout the day including sourcing suppliers for décor aspects for your approval.
Prior to the wedding I will visit the venue with you to discuss layout, logistics and confirm venue styling requests
Hire of our treasure trove of props at no extra cost (inc vintage suitcases, large gilt frames, chalkboards, bottles, jars & vases, vintage typewriters etc.) Plus selection of lawn games
- Full on-the-day wedding management and co-ordination to include:
Meeting with bride and groom 6 weeks prior to the wedding:
Agree detailed schedule for the wedding day
Discuss on the day requirements, requests and styling details
Agree detailed styling plan
Develop contact list of suppliers, wedding party and important guests
Provide advice, assistance and support in the 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding with final preparation and planning.
Liaise with suppliers prior to the day to confirm itinerary, set up details and contacts.
Co-ordination of ceremony / tipi / garden set up and dressing.
At the venue on the eve of the wedding for set up
At the venue on the morning of the wedding to meet and greet suppliers and co-ordinate set up to meet bride and groom’s specifications.
On call for the bride and groom throughout the morning.
Meeting with Groom / Best Men / Ushers / MC prior to the reception and debriefing them on duties.
Greeting and assisting guests on arrival ensuring guests with additional needs are looked after. Also available to guests by phone for last minute directions/issues.
Ensuring musicians have correct music selections.
Greeting the bride and positioning attendants for the processional.
Assisting photographer with co-ordination of requested photographs.
Ensuring any ceremony flowers and decorations are transported between ceremony and reception venues if required.
Management of seating plan.
Prompting and seating guests.
Prompting speeches / toasts / cake cutting.
Overseeing dietary requirements and ensuring special requests are catered for.
Provision of ‘Wedding Kit’ to deal with any emergencies, guest requirements and bridal hair and make-up touching up.
On hand for any guest problems.
To ensure that the special details sparkle and get the attention they deserve. For example: laying out lawn games coordinating guest book, cameras or photo booth, Styling evening requirements such as candles, lanterns or sparklers and any other details agreed prior to the wedding
Co-ordinate the rearrangement of tipi furniture between day and evening
Overseeing the clearing of the tipi between day and evening
Greeting bands, ensuring they have all they need and overseeing set up.
Ensuring first dance happens on time and key people are present with a good view.
Ensure gifts are collected and taken to a designated place.
Distribute payment to suppliers on your behalf.
Liaising with transport company and ensuring guests have transport home.
Full planning, styling and on-the-day co-ordination (inclusive of all travel & accommodation expenses) starts at £2400 and is estimated at approximately 10% of overall wedding budget.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. A further 25% will be payable 6 months before the wedding and the remaining 25% will be payable 4 weeks prior to the wedding.
When planning a wedding there can be a million and one things to do and it can be impossible to know where to start. All the more so if the look you want to achieve is at the same time both utterly laid back and exquisitely designed! I felt lost in a sea of decisions and Emma provided me with insightful and tailored advice which helped us identify our perfect venue, find an incredible florist, locate the most wonderful photographer, design every detail and co-ordinate each element to sheer perfection.
