Emma | Creative Director and Owner

I am a professional events planner and stylist with a passion for design, storytelling and lists! With a genuine enthusiasm for creating special memories, I work with each couple offering a supportive, warm and personal service.

Each beautifully designed and perfectly planned event is the result of getting to know couples well and finding out what they truly want (and don’t want) from their day. Through collaboration and shared enthusiasm,together we can design and plan a stylish and expressive celebration which is authentic to you.

I have a background in project management and over ten years experience in managing and delivering large scale festivals and events. Also, a director of Little Wander Ltd, I am co-founder of Machynlleth Comedy Festival and involved in Green Man Festival, Hay Literature Festival, Exeter Comedy Festival and Manchester International Festival to name a few.

I trained with the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners and work within their Code of Practice I founded S&J in 2010. The name was inspired by my grandmothers who knew how to create memorable and joy-filled events.
